My name is Yeshim Kayim-Yanko and I am a film editor, filmmaker, photographer
and creative based in New York City.

I completed my undergraduates B.F.A at Ithaca College in 2021, majoring in film, photography, and
visual arts. I currently work as a freelance editor with experience in documentary, fiction, commerical
and motion graphics. I am also working on my directorial debut, a documentary focusing on my
family origins in Cyprus. I am Avid Media Composer certified, and have 4+ years experience working
with Premiere Pro, After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite applications. My previous work has
gone onto show at a number of festivals, including the award-winning short documentary Conversations Between Shifts.
